Agreement To These Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Pocket's websites, applications, APIs, trading terminal, social features, funding interfaces, data displays, and related services.
By creating an account, connecting a wallet, viewing markets, preparing a transaction, submitting a trade, posting content, using Mimic Trade, or using a funding route through Pocket, the user agrees to these Terms and any policy, disclosure, acknowledgement, or provider term incorporated into the relevant workflow.
Pocket may update these Terms. If an update materially changes a user's rights or obligations, Pocket may require renewed acknowledgement before continued use of affected features.
Pocket's Role
Pocket provides non-custodial software, user interface, market-data display, portfolio display, quote display, transaction-preparation, and user-authorized transmission tools.
Pocket is not a trading venue, exchange, designated contract market, swap execution facility, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, commodity trading adviser, investment adviser, clearing organization, custodian, payment processor, money transmitter, bank, trust company, or portfolio manager.
Pocket does not hold user funds, operate order books, clear trades, settle transactions, guarantee execution, maintain custody of assets, or act as a counterparty to user trades. Users keep control of their wallets and signing surfaces. User transactions are signed by the user or the user's configured wallet or venue account.
When a user buys, sells, opens, closes, transfers, funds, bridges, deposits, or withdraws through a third-party venue or provider, the user is not buying from Pocket, selling to Pocket, or having Pocket broker a trade on the user's behalf.
Pocket may relay, submit, or observe user-authorized payloads and venue data so the app can display status, balances, positions, posts, trade history, and portfolio context. Pocket cannot guarantee that third-party venues, wallets, blockchains, bridges, onramps, offramps, market-data providers, or other services will accept, process, settle, reverse, or report a transaction.
Eligibility
The user must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. The user may not use Pocket if they are barred by applicable law, subject to sanctions, located in a restricted jurisdiction, using a wallet or account associated with prohibited activity, or otherwise ineligible under Pocket's rules or a third-party provider's rules.
Some features, venues, markets, asset classes, perps, RWA markets, social features, funding rails, or live trading workflows may be unavailable based on jurisdiction, identity verification status, account type, venue status, risk controls, sanctions screening, compliance review, provider availability, or operational limits.
The user may not use a VPN, proxy, false identity, inaccurate information, or other circumvention method to bypass eligibility, sanctions, geofencing, KYC, venue, or provider restrictions.
Accounts And Wallets
Users may access Pocket through third-party authentication and wallet infrastructure. Wallets may be embedded wallets, external wallets, smart accounts, delegated device keys, venue accounts, or other signing surfaces made available by Pocket or a provider.
The user is responsible for protecting account credentials, devices, wallets, private keys, recovery methods, API keys, delegated keys, and approved signing permissions. Pocket will never ask for a seed phrase or private key. The user must promptly notify Pocket of suspected unauthorized access.
Pocket may disable, suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or feature when Pocket believes it is necessary for safety, security, compliance, sanctions, market integrity, provider requirements, legal process, or platform reliability.
Third-Party Services
Pocket relies on third-party services, which may include wallet providers, identity and authentication providers, onramp and offramp providers, trading venues, perps venues, blockchains, bridges, RPC providers, indexers, market-data providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, support tools, payment processors, and compliance vendors.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, disclosures, rules, fees, eligibility criteria, KYC requirements, sanctions programs, risk controls, and operational limits. A user's relationship with a third-party service is separate from the user's relationship with Pocket.
Pocket may display estimates for price, route, timing, gas, fees, bridge costs, onramp costs, funding costs, margin, leverage, liquidation, and execution. Estimates can change and may differ from final results. A provider may reject, delay, freeze, reverse, review, or require additional information for a transaction according to its own rules.
Trading And Funding
The user is solely responsible for every trading, funding, transfer, withdrawal, bridge, approval, and signing decision. Pocket may prepare a transaction, display a draft, route a user-authorized request, or show status. The user must review all details before confirming.
Live trading may involve perps, leverage, margin, liquidation, funding rates, oracle or reference-price mechanisms, slippage, partial fills, fees, gas, bridges, stablecoins, smart contracts, exchange outages, and network failures. The separate Pocket Trading Risk Disclosure is incorporated into these Terms.
Paper trading, simulated portfolio values, educational flows, market snapshots, and social statistics are for product use and may not match live execution. They do not create rights to funds or represent an account balance at a venue.
Fees And Conflicts
Pocket may charge or receive fees, referral payments, rebates, revenue shares, integrator fees, creator incentives, provider incentives, grants, or other commercial benefits related to transactions, routes, venues, funding providers, market data, or user activity. Pocket may also choose defaults or rankings that affect what users see first.
Pocket will disclose material Pocket fees and material conflicts where required or where reasonably necessary for the user to evaluate a workflow. Third-party fees, gas, spreads, funding rates, liquidation charges, onramp fees, bridge fees, withdrawal fees, and venue fees may apply separately.
Creator Rewards And Referrals
Pocket may offer creator rewards, mimic-related rewards, referral programs, affiliate programs, campaigns, credits, rebates, or other incentive programs. Program eligibility, qualifying activity, formulas, payment thresholds, payout methods, taxes, availability, and timing may differ by user, jurisdiction, venue, provider, and campaign.
Pocket may modify, pause, discontinue, reclaim, reverse, or refuse program benefits where allowed by law, including when a user violates these Terms, publishes misleading content, manipulates activity, evades eligibility rules, or fails provider checks. Users have no right to a program benefit unless and until it is actually paid or credited under the applicable program rules.
If a program payment is calculated by reference to trading fees, volume, mimic activity, creator activity, or referral activity, the calculation may use only the amounts Pocket actually receives or retains after third-party fees, venue fees, chargebacks, reversals, taxes, credits, and adjustments.
Users are responsible for taxes, reporting, and legal compliance connected to program benefits. Pocket or a provider may request information, withhold taxes, or require a valid payment account before paying or allowing withdrawal of a program benefit.
No Advice
Pocket does not provide investment, financial, trading, legal, tax, accounting, securities, commodities, derivatives, or regulatory advice. Charts, prices, signals, social posts, PnL cards, win rates, rankings, suggested defaults, Mimic Trade drafts, market lists, educational content, alerts, portfolio displays, and support responses are not recommendations.
The user should consult qualified professionals where appropriate and must decide independently whether a trade, market, venue, route, leverage setting, fee, order type, wallet, jurisdiction, or strategy is suitable.
Social Features And User Content
Users may create posts, profiles, comments, reactions, follows, shared trade snapshots, PnL cards, or other content. User content is the responsibility of the user who publishes it. Pocket does not endorse a user, post, trade, strategy, statistic, or market view merely by displaying it.
Shared trade information may include market, venue, time, direction, entry price, exit price, snapshot price, profit and loss, hold time, leverage, position status, and resulting performance. Once shared, trade information and results may remain associated with the user's account or public profile where needed for integrity, safety, moderation, audit, compliance, dispute resolution, or anti-fraud reasons.
Users may not post content that is unlawful, misleading, manipulative, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, spammy, impersonating another person, designed to evade restrictions, or intended to pressure users into off-platform deposits or disclosure of private keys or seed phrases.
Users may not make guaranteed-return, risk-free, fake-performance, undisclosed-paid-promotion, market-manipulation, pump-and-dump, wash-trading, touting, or scalping claims through Pocket. Users must disclose material conflicts, compensation, promotions, affiliations, or incentives related to content when required.
Pocket may label, rank, hide, throttle, remove, preserve, or report content and may restrict social features to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, respond to provider requirements, reduce abuse, or support market integrity.
The Pocket Social Trading Disclosure and Pocket Mimic Trade Acknowledgement are incorporated into these Terms.
User Disputes
Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other users. Pocket is not responsible for user content, user strategies, user disputes, off-platform communications, off-platform payments, creator claims, referral claims, or losses caused by another user's statements or activity.
Pocket may, but is not required to, monitor disputes, remove content, restrict features, preserve records, or cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, venues, providers, or payment partners.
Prohibited Conduct
The user may not:
- Violate applicable law, sanctions, venue rules, provider terms, or these Terms.
- Use Pocket to commit fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, market
manipulation, spoofing, wash trading, unauthorized access, or abuse.
- Circumvent eligibility, sanctions, KYC, geofencing, account limits, rate
limits, security controls, or feature gates.
- Interfere with Pocket, scrape or overload systems, exploit bugs, reverse
engineer protected systems, or bypass access controls.
- Upload malware, compromise accounts, harvest credentials, request seed
phrases, or solicit private keys.
- Misrepresent identity, location, affiliation, trading performance, conflicts,
funding source, or authority to use an account or wallet.
Data, Privacy, And Public Records
The Pocket Privacy Policy explains how Pocket collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information. It is incorporated into these Terms.
Blockchain records, venue records, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, orders, fills, balances, and transfers may be public, immutable, retained by third parties, or outside Pocket's ability to delete or correct.
Intellectual Property
Pocket and its licensors own the Pocket services, software, designs, names, logos, interfaces, documentation, data compilations, and related intellectual property, except for user content and third-party materials.
The user receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pocket for lawful personal or approved business purposes. The user may not copy, sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from Pocket except as allowed by law or written permission.
By posting user content, the user grants Pocket a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, process, adapt, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the services, subject to the Privacy Policy and user settings.
Availability And Changes
Pocket may change, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or add features, markets, routes, venues, providers, eligibility rules, fees, risk controls, or interfaces at any time. Pocket may do so without notice where needed for security, compliance, provider availability, market integrity, or platform reliability.
Pocket does not guarantee uninterrupted service, market-data accuracy, venue availability, order acceptance, wallet availability, funding availability, execution speed, price, fill, settlement, withdrawal, or compatibility with any device, browser, wallet, chain, venue, or provider.
Beta, Testnet, And Experimental Features
Pocket may make beta, staging, testnet, paper trading, experimental, or limited-availability features available. These features may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, reset, restricted, changed, or discontinued at any time. Testnet tokens, paper balances, simulated fills, and demo values do not represent real funds or rights to real funds.
Users should not rely on beta, testnet, paper, or experimental behavior as evidence of live trading performance, final venue behavior, funding availability, tax records, account balances, or future product availability.
Disclaimers
Pocket is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security, and error-free operation.
No Pocket employee, contractor, support response, community post, product copy, or documentation creates a warranty or advice unless expressly stated in a written agreement signed by Pocket.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for trading losses, lost opportunity, liquidation, slippage, adverse price movement, tax consequences, wallet compromise, venue failure, provider failure, network failure, bridge failure, stablecoin failure, smart-contract exploit, market-data error, or unauthorized account access.
Pocket's total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount paid by the user to Pocket for the relevant service in the three months before the claim or USD 100, unless a different amount is required by law.
Indemnification
The user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Pocket and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and agents harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from the user's content, trades, funding activity, wallet activity, breach of these Terms, violation of law, violation of third-party rights, or misuse of Pocket.
Disputes
This section must be finalized by counsel before publication.
The final Terms should specify governing law, venue, arbitration provider, small-claims and equitable-relief carveouts, class action waiver, jury waiver, mass-arbitration procedures, opt-out mechanics if any, claim limitation period, and survival language.
